What the free screener does with your answers
The eligibility screener runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are used on your screen to estimate what your family may qualify for. If you close the tab without joining the waitlist, nothing you entered is sent to us or stored anywhere.
What we collect, and only if you volunteer it
If you join the waitlist after the screener, we save your email address together with the screener answers from that session, so that when we reach out we can pick up where you left off instead of making you repeat everything. If you check an "updates" box on one of our guides, we save your email and which page you subscribed from. That is the complete list of what this website collects.
Where it lives and who sees it
This information is stored with Supabase, our database provider, in the United States. It is seen by exactly one person: Thomas Christian, who built Resbit and answers the email. We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your information with anyone, and we never will — a caregiver's situation is nobody's lead-gen inventory.
No tracking
This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. We don't know who you are unless you tell us.
The Resbit app
The Resbit application at app.getresbit.com involves an account and stores the information your family puts into it (care tasks, calls, documents). It is currently in a private pilot; pilot families get the app-specific details directly. This page covers the getresbit.com website.
Getting off any list
Email thomas@getresbit.com and say "remove me." Your email and screener answers are deleted. Every update email we send also includes an unsubscribe path. No retention games, no "allow 30 days" — a real person deletes the row.
